All players must fill out a waiver to play. Anyone under 18 years old must have the waiver filled out by a parent or guardian. Fill out the waiver, select the date you are coming and attach it to that group. If you are a walk-on player coming for open play, just attach your waiver to the open play/walk-on group.

Every time you play at our field you must fill out and sign a waiver. In order to speed up the process you can simply complete our online waiver in advance of your trip to the field.
