Private parties
Private Parties are the perfect way to get a group of friends together for an action-packed day in the outdoors. It’s great for company outings, bachelor parties, camps, schools, scouts or any organized group.
Private parties can now be booked for a minimum of 10 people! We offer a morning session or an afternoon session, and any players part of a morning session has the option to keep the fun going by joining the walk-on games at no additional charge after your party ends! If you would like to reserve an all-day private party the minimum number of players needed is 15.
All Day Private Party
Minimum 15 players
- Your admission is for the entire day (9:00-4:30). If you don’t want to stay the entire day, we recommend at least 3-4 hours of play. Just tell us your start time!

Mini Private Session
Minimum 10 players
- Perfect for getting a small group of friends together!
- Morning Session: 9am-12:30pm (ADDED BONUS: players are allowed to join walk-ons when private party ends at no additional charge) Afternoon Session: 1pm-4:30pm

Referees will oversee your party, and they will be your guides for the day. They will take your group to our playing fields separate from any other groups playing that day. The minimum age for players is 8 years old (Low Impact) or 10 years old for regular play. Reservations are required for private parties. If you don’t have enough players for a private game, you are always welcome to join our open play games. We are the only playing field in the area with indoor heated facilities, keeping you comfortable in all weather conditions. No need to worry if it’s a little damp or cold, you won’t be outside the entire day.
BOOKING YOUR PARTY
Call us at (845) 878-6300 to book your reservation. We will need contact information (name, phone number and email), estimated head count, arrival time, and a valid credit card (there is no initial charge to your credit card, we hold it for our cancellation policy) to make your reservation. Please note we do not accept personal checks.
CANCELLATION POLICY
You have up to 24 hours before your scheduled arrival time to call and cancel to avoid penalty. If no phone call is made and your party does not arrive, your credit card will be charged $100.00.
- The minimum number of players for an all-day private game is 15 players. The minimum number of players for a morning/afternoon session is 10 players. If you are short of your players on game day you may still get a private game by paying for the missing players at $30 each.

- Group discounts start at 20 players.
- All paint balls must be purchased at our playing field.
- All players must fill out an online waiver, any player under 18 years old needs a waiver completed by a parent or guardian(waiver tab).
- We have lunch available on premises, or you’re welcome to bring your own.
- Each party has a designated outdoor area with picnic tables. So, if you would like to bring snacks and drinks, please feel free to do so (no alcoholic beverages) .
- Reservations should be made a week or so ahead of time, but short notice games can usually be accommodated.
- A credit card is needed to hold a reservation.
- We accept cash, all major credit cards for payment. Apple and Google pay are also accepted. No personal checks.
- A reservation in advance is REQUIRED to hold a private game.
- Private game reservations may be made for any day of the week.
- Wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty. The paint balls will come out in the wash. Camouflage jumpsuits are available to rent for so you can leave your dirty clothes with us instead of in your car.
- Boots or old sneakers are recommended, please no open toe shoes or sandals.
- If you are tax exempt you must have it on file with us or bring it the day of the event.
- Proper ID is required by all players.
- All paint balls must be purchased at our playing field.
- All safety equipment is provided.
